Cancellation Policy
Appointment Bookings
At Your Essential Aesthetics, we strive to provide an exceptional standard of care. In
order to achieve this we kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our
cancellation policy. A 50% deposit of your total booking cost is required to schedule
any appointment – this will be deducted from the appointment cost.
Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, however, we kindly ask
that you provide 24 hours ' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Your deposit will be refunded or transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
Cancellations made WITHIN 24hrs of the scheduled appointment are subject to that
50% deposit being forfeited.
Late Arrivals
We value your time as well as that of our other clients. If you arrive more than 15
minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may have to reschedule or shorten
your treatment time. We will try our hardest to prevent either of the above from happening, should
the appointment need to be rescheduled you will forfeit the 50% booking deposit.
Missed Appointments
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, a missed
appointment not only affects our ability to serve other clients but also results in lost
time and resources. The 50% deposit will be forfeited for these treatments.
